For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User to access bnk303 services, containing personal information, transaction history, and gameplay records.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a game, sport, or other event offered on the bnk303 platform.

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use bnk303 services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions: bnk303 services are intended for residents of Indonesia. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws. We do not accept responsibility for any legal consequences arising from unauthorized use in restricted territories.

2.3 Account Registration: To use our services, you must register by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.4 One Account Per Person: Each User may register only one account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any associated winnings or bonuses will be voided. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

2.5 Verification Requirements: As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance, you may be required to submit identity documents including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (KTP or Passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and a selfie holding your ID. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until verification is complete.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods: bnk303 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.

3.2 Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically processed instantly. In rare cases where technical issues delay processing, funds will be credited within 24 hours. You must deposit from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name—third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawal requests can be made once your account is fully verified. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000 with a maximum of Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for standard members. VIP members may request higher limits. You must wager (turnover) your deposit amount at least once before withdrawal—this anti-money-laundering requirement applies to all deposits.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM WIB). Off-hours requests are queued for next business day processing. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

3.5 Fees: bnk303 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control. Currency conversion fees may apply for non-IDR transactions.

4.1 Bonus Terms: All bonuses offered by bnk303 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated in each promotion's description and must be fulfilled before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 5x to 30x the bonus amount) before conversion to withdrawable cash. Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward wagering requirements. Different games contribute different percentages toward requirements—slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-50%.

4.3 Abuse Prevention: Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or any other fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

4.4 Bonus Discretion: bnk303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude specific players from promotions at our sole discretion.

5.1 Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bnk303. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of obvious error (incorrect odds, technical malfunction, or clerical mistake). If a bet is voided, stakes are returned to your account.

5.2 Sports Betting: For sports betting including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other events, results are determined by official sources including league websites, live score providers, and broadcast footage. Bets are settled based on the final score at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless specifically included in the market description.

5.3 Casino Games: All casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment audited by independent testing laboratories. Stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.

5.4 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited: using automated betting software (bots), colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, or any form of cheating. Violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5.5 Maximum Payouts: Maximum payout per bet or accumulator may be limited depending on game type and VIP status. These limits are clearly displayed before bet placement. Standard members face a maximum single-bet payout of Rp 100,000,000; VIP members enjoy higher limits.

6.1 Suspension Grounds: bnk303 may suspend or close your account immediately if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or any activity that violates applicable laws or threatens the integrity of our platform.

6.2 Self-Exclusion: Users may request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. During self-exclusion periods (which can range from 1 month to permanent), you cannot access your account, place bets, or claim bonuses. 6.3 Fund Forfeiture: In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, bnk303 reserves the right to void all pending bets, bonuses, and winnings. Your initial deposit (minus any chargebacks or fraudulent amounts) may be returned at our discretion after investigation.

All content on the bnk303 platform including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game designs, text, and trademarks are the exclusive property of bnk303 or our licensed partners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use constitutes intellectual property infringement and may result in legal action.

8.1 Service Availability: bnk303 strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 Third-Party Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. bnk303 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Access and use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

8.3 Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, bnk303's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the 90 days preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8.4 Accuracy of Information: While we strive to ensure accuracy, bnk303 does not warrant that information on the Platform is error-free. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in odds, scores, or payouts. Corrected results are considered final.

9.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by international online gaming regulations and the laws applicable to bnk303's licensing jurisdiction. Indonesian players acknowledge that while they access services from Indonesia, the platform operates under international licensing.

9.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of bnk303 services, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

9.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
